Hi,Yokan and Umeshu are really a great summer food combination. I am a great fan of Umeshu, too.Did you know that there are more than 300 private Umeshu labels in Japan. I made it my mission to learn more about it and to share it on my portal.Umeshu can be made with Sake, Shochu, Brandy or white liqueur and additional flavors such as Shiso, Honey, Yuzu, ginger or green tea can be added too.This makes it a very diverse and interesting drink.
