A Inês é uma amiga de muitos muitos anos que virou alfacinha no Rio onde anda a espalhar os seus múltiplos talentos. Depois de tantos anos em que apenas um quarteirão nos separava, quis o destino que agora vivamos com um oceano pelo meio. Mas sabê-la feliz lá, faz-me feliz cá e como diz um amigo meu, ainda somos vizinhas de planeta!
E que queres tu que 2013 te traga Inês?

Inês is a long time friend that has moved to Rio where she's spreading her multiple talents. After so many years living in the same neighbourhood we have now an ocean between us. But knowing her happy makes me happy and, as a friend says, we're still planet-neighbours!
And what shall 2013 bring you, Inês?

Todo o recomeço do Ano tem motivações novas, mas também leva na bagagem dos desejos, re-determinações. 

Para este ano de 2013 quero ter excelência nas minhas acções, nas áreas que minha vida abraça. Não é um desejo novo, mas é nova a sua consciência, e a sua motivação. Quero colocar em prática esta frase: "Não faz mal que seja pouco, o que importa é que o avanço de hoje seja maior que o de ontem" (Daisaku Ikeda).

Every restart of the year has new motivations, but it also brings re-determinations.

For this year of 2013 I want excellence in my actions, in the areas my life embraces. It is not a new wish, but its consciousness and motivation. I want to put in practice this sentence: "It's ok to be just a little, what matters is that today's progress is greater than yesterday's" (Daisaku Ikeda)
